A co-founder of the company, Claudia has been instrumental in building Real into a high-performing, financially sound, and operationally disciplined organization serving major clients across the construction, electrical, and technology sectors.
With a strong background in business administration and over two decades of executive experience, Claudia brings a results-driven approach to company leadership. She has led initiatives in corporate finance, budgeting, compliance, and strategic planning, ensuring Real’s continued growth, scalability, and financial stability.
Claudia holds a degree in Business and has played a pivotal role in strengthening operational efficiency, improving internal systems, and driving sustainable performance across all divisions. Her leadership is defined by precision, accountability, and a deep commitment to excellence.
