    Luis Lagunas serves as Master Electrician and Director of Electrical Services at Real Network Services, Inc., where he leads the strategic direction, field operations, and quality standards of the company’s Electrical Division. A licensed Texas Master Electrician (TMEL #469175), Luis brings nearly 15 years of specialized experience spanning commercial, industrial, transportation, and institutional markets.

    Luis oversees the planning, supervision, and execution of electrical construction and maintenance projects, including critical infrastructure across aviation, healthcare, education, and government sectors. His expertise includes medium and low voltage systems, generators, motor controls, solar integration, automation systems, and emergency power infrastructure. His work has directly supported major clients such as DFW International Airport, FAA, Dallas County, and Dallas ISD, among others.

    Widely recognized for his deep technical knowledge and hands-on leadership, Luis ensures every project meets rigorous standards in safety, NEC/NFPA 70 compliance, quality control, and operational efficiency.
