Joe Reyes is the President and CEO of Real Network Services, Inc., a leading construction and technology firm specializing in general construction, electrical systems, and low-voltage infrastructure. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Joe has built a reputation for delivering complex projects across aviation, healthcare, transportation, and education with precision, integrity, and innovation.
Since founding Real in 2002, Joe has guided its growth into a highly respected and reliable partner on some of the region’s most critical public and private infrastructure projects. His leadership combines technical expertise with a strategic mindset, driving operational excellence, high-performance teams, and long-term client relationships.
Joe holds a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology and serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. His commitment to service, leadership development, and community impact continues to shape Real’s culture and success.
