Site Facility Maintenance Manager (SFMM)
Roderick L. Jones serves as the Site Facility Maintenance Manager for the Enterprise MEP Services contract at DFW International Airport, bringing over 25 years of industry experience, including more than 20 years in management and over 15 years supporting complex, mission-critical operations at DFW International Airport. His long-standing service and leadership have made him an integral contributor to the operational continuity, performance, and success of infrastructure programs at the Airport.
A United States Air Force veteran, Roderick provides disciplined leadership and technical expertise in facilities maintenance and MEP systems within highly regulated environments. In his capacity as SFMM, he serves as Real Network Services’s primary on-site representative and is fully accountable for the execution, administration, and performance of all services under the Contract. He maintains direct oversight of all personnel and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, service level requirements, safety standards, and applicable regulatory provisions.
Roderick leads with a strong foundation in servant leadership, providing clear guidance and support to his teams while fostering a culture of accountability, respect, and performance. Throughout his career, he has received numerous commendations recognizing his leadership, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to excellence. His approach consistently strengthens team performance, enhances coordination, and builds lasting relationships with stakeholders.
He is responsible for managing daily operations, resource allocation, and performance execution to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. Roderick is highly effective in resolving conflicts and addressing operational challenges in a timely manner, making sound decisions aligned with contractual requirements and in the best interest of DFW Airport.
