Peta Bannon has served in a variety of notable roles over the past two decades. This includes serving as a contracting officer with the Australian Department of Defense, a legal specialist with the Australian Government, and as a Diplomat at the United Nations in New York City. In addition to her government experience, she has over 5 years’ experience in construction project administration and coordination. Peta holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) from James Cook University, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Australian National University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Chinese Law from Murdoch University.

Tracy Mathews is the company Master Electrician of Record and has over 25 years of commercial experience.  He is a proven leader and a well-respected member of the REAL team. Tracy enjoys unique and complex assignments and excels at coordinating multiple projects at any given time.  Tracy is experienced in the installation and construction of Electrical projects, project management, scheduling, negotiating, design and developing engineering solutions for our customers.
