Job Description: Human resources manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and directing the administrative functions of our organization. Responsibilities shall include overseeing the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with executive team on strategic planning; and serve as a link between management and employees. Manage employee career development, make sure employment laws are abided by, and, occasionally, must let employees go. This is a full-time position.
