Throughout his career, Bryan has led the full lifecycle of construction programs valued from $5,000 to $25 million+, including multi-use developments, healthcare facilities, commercial fitness centers, and critical utility infrastructure. His work spans both ground-up and tenant improvement projects, where his command of scheduling, permitting, cost control, and subcontractor management consistently ensures on-time and on-budget delivery.

Bryan is a hands-on leader with a strong technical foundation, having advanced from technician to superintendent, project manager, vice president, and CEO. He brings sharp attention to detail, deep knowledge of building codes and safety compliance, and is highly skilled in interpreting and executing complex plans and specifications. He is proficient in leading construction technology platforms such as Procore and is OSHA 30 certified.

Before joining Real, Bryan held leadership roles at M.E. Construction, Cooper General Contractors, and founded Central Coast Dirt Works, where he oversaw full-scale operations, including estimating, construction management, and contract negotiations.
