Jonathan Gonzales serves as Executive Vice President of Airport Operations & Services at Real Network Services, Inc., where he leads the planning, execution, and performance of major aviation infrastructure projects. With over 25 years of construction and facilities management experience, Jonathan brings proven leadership and operational excellence to some of the most complex and high-security environments in the industry.
A United States Navy veteran and graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Jonathan applies the discipline, technical expertise, and mission-focused mindset developed during his military service to every project he leads. His deep understanding of electrical systems, life safety systems, and building automation has made him a trusted leader in critical airport operations.
At Real, Jonathan has full responsibility for airport-related services, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural maintenance programs across large terminal environments. His leadership is defined by precision, accountability, and a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and customer service.
