    Marcela Velasco serves as the Payroll and Human Resources Administrator at Real Network Services, Inc., where she plays a critical role in managing employee relations, payroll compliance, and workforce accountability. With a strong foundation in HR operations and a passion for people, Marcela ensures that Real’s employees are supported with professionalism, fairness, and respect at every level of the organization.

    A native of Los Angeles, California, and a graduate of California State University, Los Angeles, Marcela brings a diverse background shaped by experiences in both California and Chicago before relocating to Texas in 2014. Her commitment to excellence in payroll and HR services is matched by her belief in the power of positive energy and a strong workplace culture.

    Marcela is a firm advocate for transparency, accountability, and alignment with the company’s vision of outstanding customer service. She recognizes that the strength of Real lies in its people—and she works every day to support and empower the team that drives the company forward.

    Outside of work, Marcela enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.     • Site Facility Manager DFW International Airport

      Roderick Jones serves as Site Facility Manager for the MEP Services contract at DFW International Airport, bringing over 25 years of experience in facilities management, construction operations, and client service delivery. A United States Air Force veteran, Roderick’s disciplined leadership and technical expertise have made him a key contributor to Real Network Services’ success in managing large-scale infrastructure and maintenance programs in mission-critical environments.

      Throughout his career, Roderick has overseen a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects across high-profile customer accounts. At DFW Airport, he plays a vital role in ensuring operational continuity, compliance, and performance excellence—delivering results that meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and responsiveness.

      Known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to lead high-performing teams, Roderick continues to build lasting relationships with both clients and field personnel through trust, accountability, and results.

      Outside of work, Roderick enjoys traveling the world and dedicates his spare time to perfecting his golf game.

      Sam Nakib serves as Senior Project Manager of Technology & Infrastructure at Real Network Services, Inc., where he oversees the successful execution of high-profile IT, telecom, and software integration projects across government, transportation, and commercial markets. With more than 20 years of experience in technology-driven project delivery, Sam brings deep expertise in systems implementation, automation, and cross-functional leadership.

      Prior to joining Real, Sam managed large-scale initiatives for organizations such as Bastian Solutions, Verizon, Frontier Communications, and Deloitte Consulting. His work includes managing end-to-end technology programs for 4G/5G rollouts, optical distribution networks, network optimization, and municipal wireless infrastructure. He is a seasoned leader in both software project management and telecom operations, with a consistent track record of delivering results on time and under budget.

      Sam is highly skilled in PMBOK methodologies, project lifecycle management, and developing PMO frameworks. His technical strengths include systems integration, BI tools, SQL, Azure, and enterprise software platforms such as MS Project Server. As a former adjunct professor, Sam has also taught courses in computer science, ethics in AI, and project management, underscoring his commitment to knowledge-sharing and professional development.

      Sam holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Friends University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Minnesota. He is fluent in French and recognized for his ability to bridge technical teams and executive stakeholders through clear communication, strategic thinking, and disciplined execution.
