    Daryl Wood serves as General Superintendent for the General Construction Division at Real Construction Group, where he leads all field operations across multiple high-profile commercial projects. With more than 28 years of experience in construction management and field engineering, Daryl brings exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

    Daryl oversees field superintendents and project teams, ensuring construction activities are executed according to schedule, budget, and design specifications. He is known for his ability to lead large, complex projects with precision—coordinating manpower, subcontractors, and vendors while ensuring compliance with safety and code requirements. His extensive background includes high-value aviation, stadium, healthcare, commercial, and multifamily developments across Texas.

    Before joining Real, Daryl held senior leadership roles at Holt Construction, Hanover Company, and Azteca Enterprises, where he managed iconic projects including the Sky Harbour Jet Hangars, Globe Life Field, Fair Park Coliseum, and large-scale airport infrastructure upgrades. His early work with Thos. S. Byrne included nearly a decade of experience at DFW Airport managing terminal renovations, infrastructure systems, and quality control across critical transportation projects.

    Daryl’s hands-on field experience, strong organizational skills, and deep technical knowledge allow him to mentor and develop field talent while maintaining the highest standards of construction excellence. He is OSHA 30 certified and proficient in construction technologies including Procore, PlanGrid, and Primavera P6.

    A graduate of DeVry University with a degree in Electronics and Computer Technology, Daryl continues to play a pivotal role in Real’s project execution, team development, and field operations success.
