Felix Vargas serves as Executive Vice President of DART Services at Real Network Services, Inc., where he oversees strategic operations and project delivery across a portfolio of transportation, infrastructure, and public-sector contracts. With a distinguished 30-year career in telecommunications and systems integration, Felix brings extensive expertise in managing complex, multi-site projects in mission-critical environments.
Felix’s experience spans healthcare facilities, K-12 ISDs, higher education campuses, airports, and major sports venues. His leadership has consistently ensured successful outcomes for large-scale initiatives involving low-voltage systems, structured cabling, and network infrastructure—delivering quality, reliability, and innovation across every customer engagement.
He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) and an MBA from the same institution. Felix is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), bringing a disciplined and results-oriented approach to every program he leads.
At Real, Felix is responsible for driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and long-term value through a collaborative and performance-driven culture. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling the world and focusing on well-earned moments of relaxation.
