Eric Vaughan is responsible for Strategic Business Development and Relationships for our Business Solutions. Solutions encompass connected buildings, HVAC, Fire, Security, Access Control, Existing Buildings, New Construction and Infrastructure Renewal projects.  He is a proven leader and a well-respected member of the REAL team. Eric enjoys unique and complex assignments and excels at coordinating multiple projects at any given time.  Eric is experienced in contract management, project management, scheduling, negotiating, design and engineering solutions for our customers.

Jimmy York has been a Technician, Manager and Project Manager throughout his 20 years in the industry. Progressing from a Technician to a Project Manager gave Jimmy the opportunity to learn the technical side of trade, which greatly enhances his management capabilities. Jimmy is an expert at organizing crews, scheduling and progress reporting. He also brings extensive technical experience at reading and implementing drawings, specs and blueprints and analyzing the quality of deliverables.
