With more than 28 years of experience in construction management and field engineering, Daryl brings exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
Daryl oversees field superintendents and project teams, ensuring construction activities are executed according to schedule, budget, and design specifications. He is known for his ability to lead large, complex projects with precision—coordinating manpower, subcontractors, and vendors while ensuring compliance with safety and code requirements. His extensive background includes high-value aviation, stadium, healthcare, commercial, and multifamily developments across Texas.
Before joining Real, Daryl held senior leadership roles at Holt Construction, Hanover Company, and Azteca Enterprises, where he managed iconic projects including the Sky Harbour Jet Hangars, Globe Life Field, Fair Park Coliseum, and large-scale airport infrastructure upgrades. His early work with Thos. S. Byrne included nearly a decade of experience at DFW Airport managing terminal renovations, infrastructure systems, and quality control across critical transportation projects.
Daryl’s hands-on field experience, strong organizational skills, and deep technical knowledge allow him to mentor and develop field talent while maintaining the highest standards of construction excellence. Electrical Manager/Master of RecordLuis Lagunas serves as Master Electrician and Director of Electrical Services at Real Network Services, Inc., where he leads the strategic direction, field operations, and quality standards of the company’s Electrical Division. A licensed Texas Master Electrician (TMEL #469175), Luis brings nearly 15 years of specialized experience spanning commercial, industrial, transportation, and institutional markets.
Luis oversees the planning, supervision, and execution of electrical construction and maintenance projects, including critical infrastructure across aviation, healthcare, education, and government sectors. His expertise includes medium and low voltage systems, generators, motor controls, solar integration, automation systems, and emergency power infrastructure. His work has directly supported major clients such as DFW International Airport, FAA, Dallas County, and Dallas ISD, among others.
Widely recognized for his deep technical knowledge and hands-on leadership, Luis ensures every project meets rigorous standards in safety, NEC/NFPA 70 compliance, quality control, and operational efficiency. Lyndon serves as the company Chief Financial Officer. He is a Certified Public Accountant with over 35 years of experience in financial and business management. His extensive experience includes Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer responsibilities for the past 25 years. Lyndon has served as CFO and CEO for entities in manufacturing, oil and gas exploration and production, oil and gas services, refining, product distribution, retail, insurance brokerage, aviation parts, automotive dealerships, and construction. He was also a founding partner of a Dallas-based business advisory firm and a Senior Director for an international financial advisory firm, for which he led the energy sector practice and developed extensive relationships in exploration and production, refining and petrochemicals, and services sectors of the market.
